Our firm is a full-service law practice with an office in Port Jervis, New York. The attorneys in our firm have over 60 years of collective experience in a variety of legal matters.

William D. ("Bill") Bavoso, the managing partner, is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania and Florida. Admitted in 1972, Bill's experience involves work and representation on real estate, municipal, estate planning, corporate and other matters as defined. He is an active member of many boards and committees and a vast resource for clients and colleagues alike. Bill also continues to maintain a personal connection to the community at several levels.

Glen A. Plotsky, a senior partner, holds admission to practice in
New York and Connecticut. A former Orange County Assistant District Attorney, Glen has developed a sizeable practice focusing on litigation and landlord/tenant matters. Supplementing that with family, criminal, municipal and other matters Glen's diverse practice assists him in all aspects of dispute avoidance and resolution. At the same time, his dedication to the improvement of the legal and general community keeps him involved in the numerous activities and associations described.

William A. ("Bill") Onofry, a junior partner, is admitted to practice in New York. While considered a general practitioner, Bill concentrates on real estate acquisition and development, estate planning (wills, trusts, health care proxies, living wills and power of attorney), estate administration/probate and business. As the son of a third-generation contractor, he has a solid understanding of property ownership and development. This has attracted developers, contractors and property owners to the firm. Overall, Bill considers his combination of knowledge, experience and risk management an asset to all clients of the firm.

  • Take I-380 South/East to I-84 East towards Mt. Pocono/ Milford, PA
  • Take I-84 East to Exit 53, Matamoras, PA (US-6 and 209)
  • Turn left off ramp onto US-6 and 209
  • Travel route through Matamoras, PA, over open grate bridge and into Port Jervis, NY, merging onto Pike Street
  • Follow Pike Street to the light at the top of the hill (convenient store on right)
  • Make a right onto East Main Street and follow slightly more than one (1) block
  • Our office is on the right, across from State Farm Insurance building, with parking in the rear
